Grade: SC Grade 3 SCP 6 – 9. Starting Salary £12,020 per annum (£19,698 - £20,903 FTE)

Are you ready to make a difference to individual lives, supporting learning and community? We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery LSA to join our collaborative academy, which is centred around humility and respect.
As a Nursery Learning Support Assistant for St Marychurch CofE Primary School in Torquay, you will work under the guidance of teaching staff with an agreed system of supervision, to implement work/care/support programmes in or out of the classroom to enable access to learning for pupils and assist the teachers in the management of pupils.
St Marychurch C of E Primary and Nursery School is led by a very proud and committed Head Teacher, who has served the school for nearly 25 years. You will have had previous experience in working with children in a similar setting and be able to effectively communicate with adults and children alike.
