At St Marychurch Primary, we try to provide a range of extra curricular activities to enrich the lives of the children; many of these clubs are run by the teaching staff at the school and are free to join, however, some are provided by outside agencies and will incur a slight cost.
As many of these activities depend on the voluntary efforts of the staff, what we have to offer may vary from time to time.
To join a club, you will find the appropriate application form in the school office, which you will then need to complete and hand in.
Our Breakfast Club runs from 7.45am until morning registration. It costs £3 per child, per session.
The school operates a booking system for Breakfast Club and in the event that you have pre booked a session but your child will not be attending the school office must be informed during office hours (8.30am –3.45pm).
If you have not booked your child into Breakfast Club and you require a last minute space they must be accompanied to the school and signed in by an adult.
You must adhere to these terms and conditions for the continued use of Breakfast Club.
The booking system for breakfast Club is now accessed through our school money system. Sessions should be booked and paid for in advance.
Breakfast Club is a non-profit service and therefore in order to maintain the costs involved, bookings and payments must be kept up to date.
In order for our school to continue to offer Breakfast Club as a service for parents, we will require payments to be made in advance. Unfortunately, in some cases this has not been happening, resulting in a build-up of unpaid sessions. If payments for sessions are not cleared within 2 weeks, you will be unable to bring your child to Breakfast Club until the balance has been cleared. We would like to thank those parents that already use our booking and payment system correctly and this change will not affect you.
We understand that there may occasionally be times where childcare is needed last minute and booking in advance is not possible, should this happen please let a member of Breakfast Club staff know.

Mobile number, email, password & child’s first name.
